This was our first real home as a family and we hope you will feel right at home as well. It holds a special place in our hearts, with thoughtful renovations we needed to accommodate our growing family.
Front yard is surrounded by lovely and fragrant lilac bushes that tend to bloom in May. Bring a bouquet home with you to remind you of your stay in Traverse City!
The apricot tree out front will occasionally provide lots of tasty summer fruit if the weather cooperates!

An ideal home for family & friends to retreat to after a day full of Northern Michigan adventures. Dog & kid friendly! A fully equipped kitchen, fenced backyard, 400sf deck, shuffleboard, sauna, and central air await. Long Lake is within a mile, Timbers Rec Area and Moomers are around the corner, and the heart of Traverse City is 7 miles away. The master has a king bed & ensuite. Basement has a 65" Smart TV w/streaming & plush couches. 115 mbps wifi and 2 workplaces to accommodate long stays.

Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly rental. We have dogs coming through on a regular basis to enjoy the spacious backyard of Cater Casa. Though we have an exceptional cleaning team, folks with severe allergies or health conditions that may be related to animals should consider renting elsewhere, as even with thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee non-reaction. Most folks with this severe level of allergies are aware of this risk in renting any home that allows pets.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
