Hosted by Catered Stays Rentals, weâre all about creating the perfect guest experience. Stay on a peaceful no-wake lake just 20 minutes from Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Paddleboards, kayaks, and a rowboat are all included for your stay.
Walk down from the garage into an open-concept main level featuring dining for 10 and a cozy den. The deck overlooks the lake and includes a grill, outdoor dining, and plenty of seating for gathering or yoga.
Inside, youâll find four bedrooms and two baths across the main and upper levels, plus a bunk room and extra den downstairs. Each space includes streaming TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning fireplace.
Head down to the boathouse and dock with a kayak launch, fire pit, and bench seating by the water. Enjoy the included paddleboard, two kayaks, and rowboat, or swim and fish in the clear, spring-fed lake. Spot loons, eagles, herons, turtles, and more. It is truly a birderâs paradise.
Guests have access to all spaces except the ownerâs closet and garage. Garage access is available upon inquiry.
Please be aware this is a pet-friendly rental. Dogs stay at Loons Lakehouse regularly. While we have an exceptional cleaning team, guests with severe allergies or health conditions related to animals should consider renting elsewhere. Even with thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee a non-reaction. Most guests with this level of allergy are aware of the risk when booking any pet-friendly home.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
