The location:
This home sits in one of Traverse City’s most desirable areas: directly on Long Lake, just minutes from downtown.
The property is set back a few hundred feet from the road, offering privacy and a peaceful, wooded feel, while still being incredibly convenient. Step out back onto the stone patio and you’re only about 50 feet from the water, with a flat lawn leading to the sandy shoreline and lake access. Mature pines and hardwoods surround the home, giving it that classic Northern Michigan “up north” vibe.
Long Lake is known for its clear water, calm boating conditions, and stunning sunsets, making it ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or cruising the lake. Despite the quiet setting, you’re never far from the action:

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
