Built in 2021, the units feature contemporary designs with premium finishes, private balconies, elevator access, and on-site parking. The complex is conveniently located near West Bay, the TART Trail, and downtown Traverse City, offering easy access to beaches, shopping, and dining options.
Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly rental. We have dogs coming through on a regular basis to enjoy Judes Respite. Though we have an exceptional cleaning team, folks with severe allergies or health conditions that may be related to animals should consider renting elsewhere, as even with thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee non-reaction.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
